This year's panto, Jack and The Beanstalk at Howden Park centre, Livingston is everything a panto should be. With Brilliant comedy, beautiful and catchy songs and a fantastic script “put it together and what have you got”? A panto that is not to be missed.
Belle Jones as the Mischievous but lovable Micki Lumber gives both a hilarious yet incredibly moving performance. Jones also has quite a rapport with the audience which she pulls off effortlessly throughout
Neil John Gibson as Dame Cyndi Lumber again has a lot of rapport with the audience but also this role allows Gibson to show off his fantastic comedic timing which he uses brilliantly throughout
Julie Heatherill as Jack (Jacqueline) Lumber goes through an amazing emotional journey throughout the evening beginning as a girl who isn't sure what to do with herself and finishing as a courages heroine Such a journey is pulled off effortlessly throughout.
The script, written by Martin Mccormick contains both funny and moving moments complete with a fantastic selection of songs which allow the entire cast to show off their incredible vocal ability had the entire audience singing along throughout
Whether it's your first or thirty first pantomime this one is definatley not to be missed it will leave you laughing hysterically and dancing in the aisles
